During a pre-budget consultation at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University in Hisar, experts and stakeholders from various agricultural sectors gathered to provide input. The Chief Minister, reflecting on his personal connection to farming, underscored the significance of these discussions in shaping the State Budget 2026-27.

Among the strategies discussed were legislative measures against spurious seeds, modernization of mandis, and the expansion of solar technology and livestock insurance schemes.
