An intense investigation by the North District team of Delhi Police has led to the arrest of two alleged burglars involved in a high-profile daylight theft in West Sant Nagar, Burari. Official statements confirm the retrieval of the stolen property and the apprehension of the suspects.
The burglary was reported on January 6 when a resident registered an e-FIR, discovering her home had been ransacked while she was at work. Upon her return, she noticed the forced entry through a broken door handle and the disappearance of several household items.
Authorities quickly formed a dedicated team to investigate, scrutinizing footage from over 120 CCTV cameras to trace the suspects' movements. This effort culminated in the identification and subsequent arrest of 'Abhimanyu' alias Veeru and 'Rahul Rajput' alias Goldy in Gokulpuri, Delhi. Their confessions, corroborated by video evidence, revealed the methodical operation and motives behind the crime.
