Parliament proceedings took a contentious turn as Rahul Gandhi's remarks concerning border tensions with China sparked heated exchanges. The Opposition Leader cited an unpublished memoir by former Army Chief General MM Naravane, leading to strong objections from BJP members. Speaker Om Birla urged Gandhi to adhere to parliamentary rules, prohibiting references to the unpublished work, resulting in momentary adjournments of the Lok Sabha.
