As the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared the results of the Civil Services Examination 2025, celebrations erupted across various states in India. The announcement marked a significant moment for successful candidates, who shared their stories of perseverance with ANI, highlighting their journeys of dedication and determination.
In Uttar Pradesh's Shamli, Aastha Jain's parents expressed immense pride in her achievement of securing the 9th rank in the UPSC Civil Services Exam 2025. Her father recalled her academic excellence, saying, "She ranked 4th nationwide in her 12th board exams and has cleared UPSC three times, now in training with the Rajasthan IPS cadre in Hyderabad."
Meanwhile, Vaibhavi Agrawal from Raipur emphasized the importance of persistence. After ranking 35th, she stated, "Faith, mentorship, coaching, and family were pivotal to my success. My focus now will be on women's empowerment and education as I assume my role." In Jharkhand's Dumka, Sudipa Dutta shared her success story after ranking 41st, attributing her achievement to relentless self-study.
Rupal Jaiswal from Madhya Pradesh's Khandwa, who secured the 43rd rank, noted her journey of self-improvement, asserting that "perseverance and hard work pave the path to success." Prime Minister Narendra Modi lauded the candidates' dedication in a social media post, recognizing their hard work and aspirations to serve the nation.
In his message, Prime Minister Modi also encouraged those who didn't succeed, emphasizing that the exam is simply one step with many opportunities ahead. He reassured them of the potential for future contributions to the nation, offering his best wishes for their personal and professional journeys.
