Insolation Energy Limited has made a significant advancement by listing its equity shares on the main boards of both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Previously listed on the BSE SME platform, the company has now successfully transitioned to the BSE Main Board and gained a direct listing on the NSE Capital Market segment.
A notable ceremony was held in Jaipur to celebrate this occasion, attended by state energy minister Heeralal Nagar, who emphasized the government's commitment to establishing a conducive industrial environment for solar manufacturing.
Company Chairman Manish Gupta hailed this development as a historic milestone in Insolation Energy's ongoing journey. The listing involves a total of 220,394,625 equity shares with a face value of Re 1 each, now available for trading on both esteemed exchanges as of Monday.
