PNB Announces Auction for Rolta Pvt Ltd's NPAs Worth Rs 450.85 Crore

State-owned Punjab National Bank (PNB) has officially announced an auction to offload non-performing assets of Rolta Pvt Ltd, collectively worth Rs 450.85 crore. These assets comprise a land parcel and a building located in Gurugram, Haryana.
PNB has set a reserve price of Rs 250 crore for these properties, specifying a bid increment of Rs 2.5 crore. The bank has secured physical possession of the property, and the online auction is scheduled to take place on April 7, 2026, between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
The sale will be executed on an 'as is where is' and 'as is what is' basis, with an outstanding municipal liability of over Rs 2.1 crore that must be addressed by the buyer. PNB intends this sale to form part of its recovery efforts against the defaulting entity.
