In March 2024, GNFC's CSR wing launched the Narmada Kisan Samruddhi Pariyojana (NKSP) to enhance Gujarat's agricultural sector. Driven by technology and collaboration, NKSP has already aided over 25,000 farmers across the state, bridging the gap between agricultural research and modern field-level practices.
The initiative has led to significant achievements: establishing 49 upgraded agricultural centers, collecting and analyzing 21,000 soil and water samples, and implementing over 84,000 farming interventions. Farmers have benefited through improved yields and access to government schemes, ultimately enriching the rural economy.
Under the leadership of GNFC's directors, the program integrates scientific advisory, digital technology, and grassroots engagement. It stands out as a scalable model for agricultural growth, aiming to further its reach and impact by promoting agri-entrepreneurship and strengthening market linkages.
