A tragic incident occurred in Mogara, Majalgaon tehsil, where a 55-year-old goat herder, Sumanbai Haribhau Ghanghav, lost her life after a neem tree collapsed due to strong winds on Friday afternoon.
Ghanghav suffered serious injuries when a branch from the falling tree pierced her abdomen. She was rushed to a hospital in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, but was pronounced dead on arrival, according to police sources.
Community members have rallied together, urging government authorities to extend financial support to the Ghanghav family, who have lost their primary breadwinner in this unfortunate accident.
