Al Qaeda-linked JNIM says Mali army in Tessit surrendered to its fighters, SITE reports

Al Qaeda affiliate Jama'a Nusrat ul-Islam wa al-Muslimin (JNIM) said that Mali's army unit stationed in the northern town of Tessit had surrendered to its fighters, the SITE Intelligence Group quoted JNIM as saying in a statement.
