The Delhi High Court has mandated the police to provide comprehensive security for the family of the 26-year-old murder victim, who lost his life during a clash at a Holi celebration in Uttam Nagar. Justice Girish Kathpalia underscored the state’s existing security measures, including CCTV installation and police pickets, to maintain peace.
Concerns over threats to the victim's family were brought to the Court's attention, leading to direct police communication arrangements.
