Hungary to review Paks financing, says energy minister nominee

Hungary’s nominee for economy and energy affairs minister Istvan Kapitany said on Monady that the government will review the financing agreement and implementation conditions of the Paks nuclear power plant expansion project.
Kapitany added during a parliamentary hearing that nuclear energy will remain a key part of the energy mix, and that Hungary needs a transparent nuclear energy strategy.
