The family of 33-year-old Twisha Sharma, a resident of Noida, has raised alarming allegations following her mysterious death in Bhopal, asserting mental and dowry-related harassment by her in-laws. Twisha, who married Samarth Singh in December 2025, reportedly faced continuous abuse post-marriage. Her family is now calling for an impartial probe into the incident.
In discussions with ANI, Twisha's father, Navnidhi Sharma, applauded the police's stance in court, which highlighted the accused's influential status and potential to tamper with evidence. However, he expressed concern over the decision to grant bail to one suspect, arguing it might be a flaw in the justice system or police discrepancies.
Further criticism emerged as a relative of Twisha questioned the inconsistencies within bail orders, asking for transparency in the next steps of the investigation. The family insists on a second post-mortem at AIIMS Delhi to clarify initial findings they believe might be flawed, while advocating for cross-state examination to ensure integrity and justice.
