Ukraine says it hit Russian oil refinery, pumping station

​Ukraine ‌struck a ​Russian ‌oil refinery belonging to Lukoil in ‌the Nizhny Novgorod region ‌and an oil pumping ⁠station ​in ⁠the Yaroslavl region, Kyiv's ⁠general staff ​said on Tuesday.

The ⁠extent of the ⁠damage ​was being determined, ⁠it added on the ⁠Telegram ⁠app.
