US directs Constellation Energy to keep two units of Eddystone operational

​U.S. ​Energy ‌Secretary Chris ​Wright has ‌directed Constellation Energy Corp to keep ‌two units of ‌the Eddystone Generating Station ⁠in ​Pennsylvania ⁠operational, the Energy Department ⁠said on Thursday.

The ​units were slated ⁠to shut ⁠down ​on May 31, the ⁠Energy Department said in ⁠a ⁠statement.
