Ircon Q4 net profit drops 9.5 pc

Ircon International Ltd reported a 9.5 per cent drop in consolidated net profit to Rs 191.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2026, compared to Rs 211.78 crore in the year-ago period.


Construction firm Ircon International Ltd (Ircon) on Friday reported a 9.5 per cent drop in consolidated net profit at Rs 191.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2026.

The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 211.78 crore in the year-ago period.

The consolidated income of the company declined to Rs 3,291.19 crore from Rs 3,515.25 crore recorded in the year-ago period, Ircon International Ltd said in a filing to BSE.

The board recommended a final dividend of Re 0.70 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the AGM.

Ircon is a specialised construction firm covering the entire spectrum of construction activities and services in the infrastructure sector.
