COVID-19 fight in China's Hebei enters "war-time mode"

The fight to contain the coronavirus in China's northern Hebei province has entered a "war-time mode", the official Hebei Daily reported on Tuesday.

The province, which surrounds the capital Beijing, reported 19 locally transmitted coronavirus cases and 40 asymptomatic cases between Jan. 2 and Jan. 4.
