Chinese Premier Li: normal operations will continue during reforms

China's new premier Li Qiang said the country will carefully implement institutional reforms and ensure normal and orderly operations during reforms, as he chaired his first cabinet meeting on Tuesday, state media reported.

Chinese authorities said last week they will set up a new financial regulatory body consolidating oversight and a bureau responsible for coordinating the sharing and development of data resources.
