Apollo Cancer Centres Launch India's First Robotic Therapy Education Hub

Located in Chennai and Bangalore, it aims to provide advanced training for oncologists and therapists. Apollo Cancer Centres (ACC), in collaboration with Accuray, a global leader in radiation therapy devices, has unveiled the India Sub-Continent's first Robotic & Stereotactic Radiosurgery educational center. This pioneering initiative, based in Chennai and Bangalore, is set to offer specialized training to radiation oncologists, physicists, therapists, and technologists from India and neighboring regions.
Mr. Dinesh Madhavan, President Group Oncology, Apollo Hospital Enterprises Ltd, remarked, 'The Robotic Stereotactic Radiotherapy Program heralded by Apollo Cancer Centres and Accuray will significantly improve training facilities for the ASEAN region. It equips medical professionals with essential skills to harness the cutting-edge CyberKnife technology.'
