Delhi Fights Back: Mayor Launches Anti-Dengue and Malaria Campaign

The campaign aims to educate the public on preventive measures, emphasizing the importance of collective action as the monsoon season approaches. At the GTB Nagar event, the mayor urged local residents and welfare associations to actively engage in mosquito control efforts.

Municipal Health Officer L.R. Verma highlighted the necessity of removing stagnant water to eliminate mosquito breeding grounds, underscoring community participation as key to preventing these diseases. This initiative is part of ongoing anti-malaria efforts by the Municipal Corporation's Public Health Department.
