Amazon India Expands into At-Home Lab Testing with Amazon Diagnostics

Amazon India has launched Amazon Diagnostics, an at-home service for booking lab tests, scheduling and tracking appointments, and accessing digital reports via the Amazon app. Available through Orange Health Labs, this service is expanding Amazon Medical's offerings, including existing pharmacy and clinic services for comprehensive healthcare access across major Indian cities.

Amazon India has taken a significant step in the healthcare sector by launching Amazon Diagnostics, a new at-home service allowing customers to easily book lab tests, manage appointments, and access digital reports directly from the Amazon app.

This service is being rolled out in collaboration with Orange Health Labs and will be available across Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, and Hyderabad, covering more than 450 PIN codes.

The company is integrating Amazon Diagnostics with its existing Amazon Medical offerings, which include pharmacy and clinic services, thereby broadening its healthcare reach in India.
