A construction site tragedy in the South Korean city of Gwangju has led to the deaths of two workers, with two others missing and feared buried under the debris. The incident occurred on Thursday when an iron structure at the library construction site collapsed, according to Yonhap News Agency.
The collapse took place during concrete pouring activities. Fire authorities involved in the rescue efforts reported difficulties in removing the concrete slabs and steel pipes believed to be covering the missing workers.
