Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates is set to visit Andhra Pradesh today to discuss expanding health and artificial intelligence collaborations with Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. Gates will spend his time at the state secretariat, engaging with CM Naidu, IT Minister Nara Lokesh, and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan.
The talks are expected to explore the expansion of ongoing health initiatives and potential AI integration, building upon projects the Gates Foundation has initiated in Kuppam, Chittoor district. These discussions could lead to scaling these health interventions to benefit the broader population of the southern state.
Following deliberations, Gates will continue to the Real Time Governance System to observe its application in state governance. The visit will conclude with Gates witnessing modern agricultural technology, including drones and AI, in Undavalli village, as part of a broader vision of technological integration in Andhra Pradesh.
