PGIMER Chandigarh is taking a significant step forward in enhancing patient care by relocating its neurology and neurosurgery OPDs to the Advanced Neurosciences Centre, effective April 20. The current facilities will cease operations after Saturday afternoon to facilitate this transition.
'This is not merely a relocation, but a transformative step in how we deliver neurological care,' said PGIMER Director Prof. Vivek Lal, emphasizing the move as a strategic effort to integrate consultation, diagnostics, and advanced interventions.
The transition aims to create a patient-centric ecosystem that minimizes delays and enhances clinical outcomes. The OPD timings will not change, and the centre can be accessed through Gate No. 3, where guides will assist visitors with the new arrangements.
