EU agrees fiscal boost against virus worth 1% of GDP - EU official

European Union finance ministers agreed on Monday coordinated fiscal measures worth 1% of gross domestic product to fight the economic crisis caused by the coronavirus epidemic, an EU official said.

The agreement was reached during a videoconference.
