PCFC Launches Interactive Dubai Customs AI Platform to Boost Innovation

The Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) in Abu Dhabi announced the launch of its interactive Dubai Customs AI Platform, aimed at enhancing the customs experience and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises. The platform aligns with Dubai’s digital strategy and aims to attract global AI innovators.

In a significant stride towards its ambitious vision, the Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) has unveiled its interactive Dubai Customs AI Platform. This cutting-edge platform allows developers to build AI-powered systems, revolutionizing the customs experience. The initiative also aids small and medium-sized enterprises in their growth and development.

Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman of PCFC, emphasized Dubai Customs' dedication to integrating innovative technology strategies, particularly in AI applications. He noted that these initiatives are in line with the Dubai Government's strategic goals, aimed at cementing Dubai's status as a premier global digital city. Leveraging AI in customs and logistics will bolster the city's economic growth, contributing to the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, he added.

Nasser Al Neyadi, CEO of PCFC, commented that the platform will not only improve the logistics supply chain but also create job opportunities and support the economic ecosystem.
