NCM Forecast: Rainfall and Fluctuating Weather Conditions Ahead

Abu Dhabi [UAE], August 5 (ANI/WAM): The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has issued a weather forecast from Monday to Thursday, predicting partly cloudy to cloudy skies across most areas of the UAE, with a chance of rainfall especially in eastern and southern regions at intervals.

According to the latest forecast, the weather changes are influenced by the extension of the Inter Tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) moving towards the country from the south, along with high-pressure systems from the east, which bring clouds over the region.

Winds are anticipated to be light to moderate, occasionally fresh, blowing from southeast to northeast and shifting to northwesterly at times. These winds, accompanied by convective clouds, could cause blowing dust and sand, potentially reducing horizontal visibility. Seas will exhibit light to moderate waves in the Arabian Gulf, becoming rough at times on Tuesday in the Oman Sea. The NCM is closely monitoring the situation and will provide continuous updates.
