UAE's Al Marzouqi Advances in Olympic Show Jumping Final

Omar Al Marzouqi of the UAE's national show jumping team qualifies for the final stage of the individual event at the 33rd Olympic Games in Paris. He secured the 21st position, continuing the competition with 30 other riders. Teammates Abdullah Al Marri and Salem Al Suwaidi also competed.

Omar Al Marzouqi, representing the UAE's national show jumping team, has successfully advanced to the final stage of the individual event at the 33rd Olympic Games in Paris, held from July 26 to August 11.

Al Marzouqi achieved the 21st ranking with a single fault and a time of 79.56 seconds. He is set to continue his quest for victory tomorrow, Tuesday, along with 30 other riders.

The UAE's national team, comprising Abdullah Al Marri, Salem Al Suwaidi, and Omar Al Marzouqi, saw all three riders participate in the event among 75 contenders. Salem Al Suwaidi began the qualifiers with 16 faults and a time of 76.42 seconds, whereas Abdullah Al Marri withdrew to preserve his horse.
