Dubai [UAE], August 16 (ANI/WAM): The Ras Al Khaimah Tourist Police significantly bolster the security and safety of tourists, in line with the Ministry of Interior's vision to position the UAE as the top nation globally in security and safety. They achieve this by delivering smart, innovative, and proactive services and awareness programs to protect lives and property.
Fostering a stronger bond with resident communities and tourists, Ras Al Khaimah Tourist Police prioritize continuous engagement with tourists, investors, managers, officials, and hotel guests in the emirate. This approach involves collecting feedback and suggestions, which are used to unify efforts and develop effective solutions to address potential challenges, removing barriers between police officers and tourists.
To enhance security awareness, the Ras Al Khaimah Tourist Police have intensified communication with hotel employees and guests through a series of awareness lectures, in collaboration with the Drugs Department, the Explosives Department, the Cybercrime Department, and the National Ambulance. These initiatives, held during the first half of 2024, aim to educate the hotel sector on challenges they may face, improve security awareness, and train personnel to make informed decisions. Additionally, tourists are educated on the risks of addiction and drug misuse to shield them from these dangers.
