Dubai GDRFA Launches 7th Creative Care Diploma to Boost Innovation Leadership

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has initiated the 7th edition of its Creative Care Diploma for 2024. This program targets 45 employees who have successfully passed a creative personality analysis test. Collaborating with Abu Dhabi Police and university students, the curriculum is designed to enhance skills in leading innovative initiatives.
Brigadier General Hussein Ibrahim, Assistant Director General of the Institutional Support Sector, stressed the course's significance as a reflection of the GDRFA's commitment to cultivating a culture of innovation within its ranks. Participants will be equipped to devise innovative solutions that support sustainable development and elevate the UAE's global standing in innovation.
Brigadier Sulaiman announced that this year's program will also involve federal institutions, expanding its scope for achievements and projects promoting innovation nationwide. The course spans theoretical and practical training, covering areas such as future foresight, creative and critical thinking, strategic planning, and emotional intelligence, with guidance from specialised experts and academics.
The final phase of the program, concluding in December, focuses on transforming ideas into innovative models through research, experimentation, and development. Participants are expected to form a dynamic and creative team capable of crafting innovative solutions and preparing for future project launches.
