Regional bloc condemns detention of Venezuelan opposition leader

The so-called Lima Group regional bloc, which oppose the leadership of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, on Sunday issued a statement condemning the "arbitrary detention" of opposition leader Juan Guaido, who heads the country's National Assembly.
