Electrical system failure halts rail traffic at Paris Gare Montparnasse station

​Rail ‌service has been ​suspended at Paris ‌Gare Montparnasse station since 0830 GMT on Thursday ‌due to an electrical ‌system failure, with the disruption expected ⁠to last ​approximately ⁠three hours, Transport Minister ⁠Philippe Tabarot said on X.

"The ​transportation plan has ⁠been adjusted, and SNCF ⁠Reseau teams ​are fully mobilized to ⁠restore normal service as ⁠quickly as ⁠possible," he said.
