Four people killed by Ukrainian drones in Russian-controlled Luhansk region, Moscow says

‌Four people ​were ‌killed and three more wounded by ‌a wave ‌of Ukrainian drone attacks ⁠in ​the Russian-controlled ⁠part of ⁠Luhansk region in ​eastern Ukraine, the ⁠region's Russian-installed ⁠governor, ​Leonid Pasechnik, said on ⁠Tuesday.
