Erdogan says mechanism needed for Black Sea safety before grain crisis escalates

​Turkey's President ‌Tayyip Erdogan said ​a mechanism is ‌needed that would permanently ensure safety of commercial ‌maritime transport in the ‌Black Sea before a grain crisis escalates.

In remarks ⁠to ​journalists ⁠on his return flight ⁠from a trip to Kyrgyzstan, ​Erdogan said a grain ⁠crisis had resurfaced particularly ⁠in ​Africa and action needs to ⁠be taken before the problem ⁠escalates ⁠further.
