Trump asks Shield of the Americas to designate 'narco terrorists' as common threats

​U.S. ​President ‌Donald ​Trump on Tuesday ‌asked all members of the ‌Shield of the ‌Americas to formally designate ⁠cartels ​as "common ⁠threats to stability" ⁠and apply sanctions.

The shield ​is an anti-cartel ⁠coalition launched ⁠by ​the Trump administration.
