Kyiv mayor dispatches emergency crews to city district after explosions in capital

​Kyiv Mayor ​Vitali ‌Klitschko dispatched emergency ​crews to a district ‌outside the city centre early on Thursday after a ‌new round of explosions ‌hit the capital, the mayor said on Telegram.

Reuters witnesses ⁠said ​several ⁠explosions had resounded after 1 ⁠a.m. local time. Russian ​forces had maintained attacks on ⁠the city though most ⁠of ​Wednesday, killing two people and injuring 45, ⁠according to Klitschko.
