China, US should be partners, not rivals, Xi says on arrival in Washington

​China ‌and the ​United ‌States should be partners rather than rivals, ‌President Xi ‌Jinping said after arriving in Washington ⁠on ​Wednesday, ⁠state news agency Xinhua ⁠reported.
