Schnabel to take over as IMF financial counsellor from January 4, 2027

​The ‌International Monetary ​Fund ‌said on Thursday that European Central ‌Bank board ‌member Isabel Schnabel will ⁠join ​as ⁠the agency's financial ⁠counsellor and director ​of the Monetary ⁠and Capital ⁠Markets ​Department effective January ⁠4, 2027.
