EU to provide over $800 million for displaced people and hosts in Africa

​The ‌European Commission ​will ‌provide more than $800 million to ‌support displaced ‌people and their hosts ⁠across ​Africa, ⁠European Commission ⁠President Ursula ​von der Leyen said ⁠on ⁠Saturday ​in a post ⁠on social ⁠media ⁠platform X.
