Ukrainian drone attack kills one person in Russian-controlled Luhansk region, governor says

​One ‌person was ​killed ‌when a Ukrainian drone struck a car ‌in the ‌Russian-controlled Luhansk region in eastern Ukraine, ⁠Leonid ​Pasechnik, ⁠the Russian-installed regional governor ⁠said on Monday.
