Merz says Germany is are preparing for serious hybrid attacks by Russia

‌German Chancellor ​Friedrich Merz ‌said on Thursday that the country ‌is preparing ‌for major hybrid attacks by ⁠Russia.

"We ​are ⁠preparing for ⁠further hybrid attacks, ​including serious ones," Merz ⁠said, adding ⁠that ​Germany would ⁠respond "quickly and very ⁠clearly."
