IMF reaches agreement with Niger for new $200 million program

​The ​International ‌Monetary Fund ​said Thursday it ‌had reached a staff-level agreement with ‌Niger under an ‌existing credit facility and an ⁠additional ​new ⁠38-month programme worth about $203 million.

The ⁠agreement would ​also enable an immediate ⁠disbursement of about $36 ⁠million ​for the West African ⁠nation, the agency ⁠said.
