Ukrainian attacks kill four in Russian-held Luhansk region, says Russian-installed governor
Four civilians were killed and five others were wounded as a result of Ukrainian attacks on the Russian-controlled Luhansk region in eastern Ukraine in the past 24 hours, the region's Russian-installed governor Leonid Pasechnik said on Saturday.
Reuters could not independently verify the report and there was no immediate comment from Ukraine.
