Rubio discusses Ethiopia-Eritrea tensions with Ethiopia's Abiy
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke on Wednesday with Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed about tensions with neighboring Eritrea, the US State Department said on Wednesday.
