Italy government to approve 2027 budget law on Wednesday, economy minister says
Italy's government is expected to approve a draft 2027 budget law on Wednesday, Economy Minister Giancarlo Giorgetti said, indicating that the package was nearly ready.
Speaking on Tuesday at the "Italia delle Regioni" event, Giorgetti said he was dealing with spending requests "far above" Italy's budgetary capacity.
