China backs political reconciliation in Myanmar, voices support for government

​China ‌supports Myanmar ​in achieving ‌political reconciliation and supports its government in ‌stabilising "the situation" and ‌developing the economy, the Chinese foreign ⁠ministry ​said ⁠on Tuesday.

The ministry ⁠added that Foreign ​Minister Wang Yi ⁠had met a Myanmar ⁠national ​planning and investment ⁠minister.
