SDF says IS fighters still remain holed up in last enclave in Syria

An unknown number of Islamic State fighters remain holed up in the group's last remaining enclave in eastern Syria at Baghouz, a military source in the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces militia said on Monday. The source confirmed reports by a monitoring group that 150 militants had surrendered on Monday, saying they were among 500 people who left the enclave which the U.S.-backed fighters began assaulting in recent days.
