Talks with the European Union to secure changes to a Brexit deal are now deadlocked and British Prime Minister Theresa May has no plans to go to Brussels on Monday, a government source said.
The source, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the talks were not moving forward on May's desire to get changes to the divorce deal. May says such changes are needed to get the agreement through parliament in a vote due on Tuesday.
