Russia-Turkey launch strike on militant weapon store in Syria

Russian warplanes carried out a strike coordinated with Turkey on a militant weapons store in Syria's rebel-held Idlib province on Wednesday, the defence ministry said, according to RIA news agency.
The strike targeted the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) militant group's store of drones and other weapons that it planned to use in an attack on the Russian air base at Hmeimim in western Syria, RIA cited the defence ministry as saying.
