UK house prices goes up by 0.7 pct in annual term in March
Economists who took part in a Reuters poll of economists had expected prices to rise by an annual 0.6 per cent and to be flat in monthly terms.

British house prices rose by 0.7 per cent in annual terms in March, picking up only a little bit of speed from February, as the approach of Brexit weighed on the housing market, data from mortgage lender Nationwide showed on Friday. In monthly terms, prices rose by 0.2 per cent, Nationwide said.

Economists who took part in a Reuters poll of economists had expected prices to rise by an annual 0.6 per cent and to be flat in monthly terms.
