Japan declares of missing F-35 fighter jet as crashed

Japan's defence ministry has determined a Japanese F-35 stealth fighter jet that went missing on Tuesday has crashed, based on wreckage found, public broadcaster NHK reported on Wednesday.
The military is continuing to search for the pilot of the aircraft, which went missing over the Pacific Ocean close to northern Japan, NHK added.
